At Split Peach Blanket, we aim to get your order to you as quickly, safely, and sustainably as possible. Here's everything you need to know about shipping.


1. Order Processing

We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
During peak periods or sales, processing may take slightly longer — thank you for your patience!


2. Shipping Within Australia 🇦🇺

Shipping Rates:

  • Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $100 AUD

  • Flat Rate Standard Shipping (under $100): $9.95 AUD

  • Express Shipping (via Australia Post): $20 AUD

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Note: Orders to rural or regional areas may take slightly longer depending on the local postal network.

You’ll receive tracking details via email as soon as your order is on the way.


3. Shipping to the USA 🇺🇸

We ship to the US using trusted partners like Australia Post and DHL Express.

Delivery Options:

  • Australia Post International Standard: 6–12 business days

  • Australia Post International Express: 4–8 business days

  • DHL Express: 3–6 business days (premium service)

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location and order size.

Duties & Taxes:
Orders under $800 USD generally do not incur any import duties or taxes. However, we’re not responsible for any customs delays or charges if they arise.


4. International Shipping 🌍

We also ship worldwide!
Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout based on your location. All parcels come with tracking.


5. Pre-Orders & Small Batch Production

Some of our blankets are made in small, slow batches from raw bamboo fibre. If you’ve ordered a pre-order item, please refer to the expected dispatch window on the product page. We’ll keep you informed every step of the way.


6. Delivery Issues & Lost Parcels

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at contact@splitpeachboutique.com. We’ll help track it down or lodge a case with the carrier if needed.


7. Incorrect Addresses & Returns to Sender

Please double-check your address at checkout. If your parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, a re-delivery fee may apply.
