Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Split Peach Blanket — but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your blanket must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

To start a return, please email us at contact@splitpeachboutique.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and clear instructions. Please note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us right away at contact@splitpeachboutique.com so we can make it right.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like to swap your item, please return the original and, once approved, place a new order for your preferred item.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved. If so, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If preferred, we can also refund via direct bank deposit.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please contact us at contact@splitpeachboutique.com.
